Terrapin Pointe is a privately owned, gated development in Greenwood South Carolina that sits at the north end of Lake Greenwood. Natural settings with wildlife and great fishing add to the quiet of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Centrally located, Atlanta, Charlotte and Asheville are less than a 2 1/2 hour drive, while Greenville, Anderson and North Agusta are less than an hour away. Greenwood has it's amenities also, with the annual Festival of Flowers, Discovery Festival and shopping that add to the normal franchise and chain stores.
